Adam has been weight training ever since he first saw Arnold Schwarzenegger as Conan The Barbarian and The Terminator as a kid. For the past 16 years, Adam has trained seriously with weights in powerlifting and bodybuilding and he’s spent the last 5 years training extensively in martial arts. Currently training in Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, he focuses on functional strength, kettlebells, core work, joint health and training longevity.
Adam strives to integrate the best of all his training experience to create real and sustainable health and fitness for himself and his clients. With a formal education in chemistry, he brings a highly analytical and scientific perspective to training. An extensive background in nutritional supplements, Paleolithic and Raw nutrition allows Adam to develop comprehensive programs and address his client’s goals with a multi-dimensional approach.
